Ordering was mostly fine, but the checkout process felt a little awkward to me. The payment did go through, but I had to pause for a minute because I wasn’t totally sure if the order was actually confirmed. Maybe it was just me, but I feel like other sites make that part a lot clearer. Not a huge problem, just not the smoothest experience. 3 stars.

"Help Took Longer Than Expected"
I just had a gut feeling the help was going to take a while, and yeah, it did come a bit later than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t the worst experience, but the timing definitely could’ve been better.

"Feels Like My Order Vanished Into Thin Air"
I had no idea what was going on with my order. I never got any updates, and I had to reach out twice just to find out where it was. It felt way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Not bad, just looked cheaper than I expected"
They fit on my cart just fine, so I can’t really complain too much. Maybe it’s my own fault for going off the photos and expecting them to look a little nicer, but in person the style is plain and kind of cheap-looking. They’ll work for now, I just probably would’ve picked something else if I’d seen them first

"Install was way more annoying than I expected..."
The tires showed up totally fine, no issues there!! But actually getting them installed was such a hassle... The fit felt really tight, and it took way longer than it should've!!! Not the worst thing ever, but definitely more annoying than I was expecting.

"Started Off Annoyed, Ended Up Impressed"
A few weeks in, one of the tires started having an issue i was irritated. I figured it was going to turn into one of those back-and-forth warranty headaches. But nope — total change of mood after I emailed Golf Cart Tire Supply. They replied quickly, asked for a couple pictures, and handled it without making it a big ordeal. They sent out a replacement tire and everything’s been fine since. I went from frustrated to genuinely appreciative fast. Really solid customer service

"Found what I needed, mostly smooth"
I found the stuff I was looking for, so that part was good. The checkout felt a bit clunky to me, though I’m not totally sure if it was the site or just me taking a minute to figure it out. Overall, it worked, but it could probably be a little smoother.

"Traction just didn’t do it for me"
Tires showed up fast. No issue there. But the grip isn’t what I was hoping for. On wet grass, they slip more than my old ones did. Turning feels a little loose too. Maybe they’re okay on pavement. For my cart around the yard though, not really happy with them.

"Tires fit, but the sizing could be clearer"
I ordered these tires based on the description, but the sizing info was a little confusing (at least to me). They did end up fitting, just not quite the way I expected. I really think the site could use better details and more photos before checkout so it’s easier to know exactly what you’re getting.

"Ride Feels Way Too Rough"
I got tires from Golf Cart Tire Supply, the ride comfort just hasn’t been great. My cart feels bouncy and kind of rough even on normal paths, which is literally the opposite of what I was hoping for. I expected a smoother ride, but these just don’t feel right to me. Maybe they work better for other people, but I’m not happy with how my cart rides now...

"Tires were fine, packaging not so much"
The tires themselves seem okay, but the packaging was bad. The box was ripped open on one side and covered in messy tape, which made me feel a little pressured to check everything right away and make sure nothing was damaged. Not really what I expected, and it definitely makes you wonder how it was handled during shipping.

"My order kept getting delayed"
I placed my order and got the confirmation right away, so I figured everything was good to go. Then a few days passed and I heard absolutely nothing. I ended up having to reach out myself just to find out what was going on, and every time I checked, the delivery date seemed to get pushed back again. Maybe things go smoothly when the item is actually in stock, but my experience was frustrating and not reliable at all.

"Frustrating Delivery Mix-Up"
My tires showed as delivered, but they ended up at the wrong address. I had to call around and wait to figure out where they were, which was really frustrating. Compared to other tire orders I’ve placed before, this one was a lot more stressful, especially since I needed them for the weekend.

"I’m annoyed with how fast…"
I’m annoyed with how fast this wore out. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but come on, it should’ve held up longer than this. After just a short amount of use, it already looked and felt worn down, which is really disappointing

"Solid Tires, Smooth Ride"
Got the tires in. First thing I noticed, they just looked solid. Way better than the old worn-out ones I had on there. The rubber feels good too, not cheap or flimsy. Put them on the cart and took it out for a bit. Nice smooth ride. No complaints so far, happy with them.

"I ordered tires for my golf cart because…"
I ordered tires for my golf cart because the site made it look like they’d ship quickly, but that definitely wasn’t what happened. It took them several days just to send me a tracking number, and then the tracking sat there with no updates like nobody had actually bothered to move anything along. The tires eventually showed up and were fine, but the wait was really frustrating and felt like their fault for setting the wrong expectation. If you need tires anytime soon, I’d think twice before ordering here. Not a total disaster, but way too slow.

I ordered these tires for my cart and they showed up without any issues. The ride is decent overall, but there’s definitely more road noise on pavement than I was expecting. It’s not awful, just noticeable enough that I felt kind of dismissed when it seemed like it wasn’t a big deal to anyone else. For the price, I’m still happy with them and would probably order again.
